Wrestlers may sign up at any
time. Training sessions are held in the lower level of
Chuck Merriman
Karate which is located in the back right corner of Midway
Plaza off Route 161, Niantic section of East Lyme.

Discounted rates are available for siblings.
Single sessions are $20. All
wrestlers must have a current
USA Wrestling card or purchase one from the club for $36.
Private Sessions
Private sessons can be scheduled for 1 to 4
wrestlers. Same weight partner is recommended. Cost is $60/hour.
Private training sessions
can be split between wrestlers (for example: a one hour session with
two wrestlers is $30 per person).
